I can't recommend this practice more highly!!
I've seen numerous ENT's in my life with no major outcomes to a life of sinus and ear problems. They recommended a balloon procedure, whose outcome was so good, it was literally life changing. Not only is the entire staff excellent at their jobs, the attitude of the whole office is caring and nurturing. Up to date modern equipment. I will never visit another ENT specialist again. I found the best.

Dr. Manish Khanna is very patient listener and he takes the time to listen to your issue. You never feel you are rushed and he would explain everything in details but make it so simple so you really understand everything.

Dr. Khanna is extremely knowledgeable and caring. In my opinion he is the best ENT doctor in NOVA. He listens to his patients, recommends treatments and then reviews all other alternatives. It is a comfortable feeling to know that your doctor is always there for you and Dr. Khanna is! Dr. Khanna also has staff who are caring and responsive.

I love the fact there was a CT scanner in office so I didn't have to leave and then come back for another appointment everything was looked at my first visit. I have been to several ENT Dr's throughout the country and this is by far my favorite office! The paperwork for new patients was done online (very simple even if you aren't tech savvy) so you don't have to show up early to fill everything out. They got me right into the examination room.
The staff was amazing and making sure you are comfortable. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Khanna took his time to explain everything in depth, using visuals to help me understand what he was seeing and saying. He didn't just throw around a bunch of big words that I didn't know.
I will be traveling to from NY to DC to go here for all ENT issues. This is how impressed I was with their professional service. I highly highly highly recommend this office!

I have to commend his office - always timely and professional.
I read the reviews and was so excited to see Dr. Khanna. I had a series of sinus infections that led to Eustachian tube dysfunction that has been persistent for 3 months now.
I went for a follow up visit and Dr. Khanna went out of his way to figure out my Eustachian tube issue. He really is a thoughtful and deliberate physician - much more than most. I also have to commend his office - always timely and professional. I look forward to his new prescription making a big improvement.

It's rare to find a medical practice where I will write my review. It's me who is generally waiting for the next visit before I feel comfortable giving my not so good review for the practice. Most times it is the front office staff or the billing team, and sometimes it is the actual doctor.
But with the practice at Capitol Breath, including the front office and the doctor, I don't need to wait for my next visit to form an opinion. All the elements of my visit were way better than my expectations :)
Making an appointment was easy and I was able to get a time before my symptoms disappeared! The office is more a swanky hip lounge than a doctor's (often dated) office. The decor is very modern and welcoming! There was a coffee machine and cooler full of water bottles available :)
The patient sign up process was a breeze too - I filled in all the information on a tablet rather than printed pages that then probably need to be scanned later.
I was checked in quickly and had a to wait a short time before being ushered in to one of the back rooms. Even the rooms are clean and decent sized. The nurse was very professional and asked all the right questions. She had access to all the information I had entered on the tablet too!
Dr. Khanna too came over in a reasonable amount of time. He has good bedside manners and did a thorough exam of the issue that I was suffering. He suggested many options and ordered the required medication directly at my preferred pharmacy.
He even gave me his business card that has his email address and welcomed me to reach out to him if I had any follow up questions! I don't remember any other doctor ever doing that!
I would definitely recommend Dr. Khanna and his practice if you are looking for an ENT in the area!

I am absolutely thrilled and looking forward to seeing how the treatment works.
I came to this practice after having gone to another ENT one and hearing that my problems were not related to sinus, and that they might've been migraine.
With such a short visit, I was not convinced that the problems I have been experiencing for years were migraine related, and decided to ask for a second opinion.
I am glad I did come to Dr. Khanna, because he validated my assumptions and provided me with a course correction plan to eradicate my problems.

I came to Capitol Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Centers after multiple sinus infections and problems breathing throughout the last few years. I had no idea what to expect from a specialist but after my visit, my only regret is that I didn't come earlier. Dr. Khanna and his team were friendly, efficient, and informative. I felt that all my questions were carefully answered and before having a small surgery to help me with my breathing (it had gotten so bad I had trouble sleeping), I had a wealth of information to read over and encouragement to call if I had any further questions.

I cannot praise this office enough.
My treatment is not 100% complete yet, but I think I have plenty enough to say already! First, I cannot praise this office enough. Every single person I have been in contact with has been kind, helpful, and responsive! During my initial appointment the nurse/technician listened in depth to my complaints and took note of everything, and he also took the time to explain to me what I should expect from the appointment. He gave me fair warning about how gross the lidocaine/afrin numbing mix is, and he made the CT process quick and easy!
Dr. Khanna was awesome. I had been to an ENT previously due to experiencing an incredible amount of pain when I fly. The doctor I saw before completely blew me off and just told me to take pills, use afrin, and use earplanes. The last time I flew I literally cried for hours because of the pain! Dr. Khanna listened attentively, clearly believed the amount of pain I was describing, and he explained what could be causing it. He took the time to show me the CT scan of my sinuses and he explained exactly what was causing all of my symptoms. He told me he recommended a balloon sinuplasty. I really respected the fact that he explained his reasoning for the recommendation and he set a clear expectation for what it entails and how it would help my problems. I went in to see Dr. Khanna on a Monday and was able to get in for surgery on Thursday. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was for me to be able to do this quickly, because it had gotten to the point that I was suffering every single day from pain and swelling in my sinuses.
Another great thing to note is that Dr. Khanna made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. He provided medication for pain, for anxiety, and for nausea. I took the medication one hour prior to the procedure, and by the time I sat in the chair I was completely relaxed. I do vaguely remember a few things, but have no feelings of anxiety about it at all. This is huge for me, as I would otherwise have had an extremely difficult time. I'm not going to lie, I do not remember a period of about 48 hours after the procedure, and it is likely from the medication. I tend to be affected very strongly by medication though, so I don't know if that is the common experience. I will say, honestly, that given what my husband has told me, the first day and a half afterwards was pretty rough. I don't remember it at all though, so I have no complaints! Otherwise, recovery has been pretty okay. I have had a lot of nosebleeds (almost constant, but not heavy) and also a lot of discomfort and swelling, but when the swelling goes down and I can breathe clearly the difference is amazing. I literally cannot remember a time before now that I could feel air going into all of my sinuses when I breathe.
I also want to mention that Brielle and Dr. Khanna have both been really wonderful post-procedure. My experience has been totally normal, but it can still be alarming to deal with some of the post-procedure side effects, and the both of them have been responsive and calming. I cannot express enough how great it was to have Dr. Khannaexplain that my experience is not only normal, but that the procedure is helping fix years of issues and will take time to heal. I have had an amazingly positive experience with this office and cannot offer enough praise. I am so excited for a future where I can fly without extreme pain, and it is a personal goal to go scuba diving sometime in the future now!

I've seen a number of otolaryngologists over the last few years for chronic sinus problems and I would definitely recommend Dr. Khanna based on my experience so far.
I've been putting off getting sinus surgery for over 2 years now because I'm pretty freaked out by the idea of it but have finally decided that I need to go through with it. I found Dr. Khanna searching online for an experienced sinus surgeon in the area.
I saw on healthgrades' top care thing (based on insurance billing data) that Dr. Khanna was at a 95% for sinus surgery when I first came in and very high on most sinus procedures, so he seems to do a high volume of these procedures relative to other otolaryngologists, which made me feel slightly better about it. Sinus surgery apparently has a very low complication rate but I'm still not too keen on someone cutting stuff out from inside my head/face. He's also done a fellowship in Advanced Endoscopic Sinus Surgery so he's had more specialized training specifically with sinus surgery and sinus procedures than most.
Despite this he mentioned the potential for other more conservative approaches like balloon sinuplasty and other in office procedures as well as topical treatments, but at this stage I'm very likely past that point unfortunately.
I've asked Dr. Khanna a probably unreasonable number of questions over the span of 3 visits since he opened this practice a few weeks ago and he has gone over and explained everything to me very clearly and patiently and gave me his email if I had any other questions.

Dr. Khanna is just great.
I have been suffering from sinus infections for years, so I know ENT practices all too well. Their temporary space surpasses many of the offices I have been to, not only in up-to-date technology, but cleanliness and staff. Their staff really understands medical billing, and if you ever have been stuck with a large medical bill you were not responsible for, you understand how important that it. To save the best for last, Dr. Khanna is just great. He takes his time, he listens and he offers you the least invasive methods to help you. Also, the lobby coffee is good!

My first time to an ENT! This office is really efficient. I checked in on an ipad, none of that hard to read, poorly copied paper at this office. Nurse/technician checking me in was very friendly and patient she also did the CT scan - she guided me through every step. Dr. Khanna is SUPER nice and knowledgeable. I also received an allergy test and Troy/Toby (I think that's his name) and he was awesome and knowledgeable too - I had a ton of questions and he was eager to answer and had an actual answer! I never sat in the office and waited other than the allergy test. Very, very efficient office that runs smoothly. There was not a ton of staff around just hanging out or talking among themselves. Every time I did run into a staff member in the hallway they smiled. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I've been seen Dr. Khanna for 2 years now. And was surprised he moved. I decided to look and I see he opened his own practice. He is a good Dr. and he will actually listen to your symptoms and concerns. It hard to find that, reason I will travel from VA to DC for an appointment. The staff was great and was a quick and easy check it. All the forms where emailed before and filled out in the online portal.
